Job vacancies in Fife have never been more scarce, with the closure of the Solectron manufacturing plant in Dunfermline, Lexmark in Rosyth, Alcan closing its Burntisland operation, supermarket trolley manufacturer Buko closing its Glenrothes factory,
CASTLEBLAIR closing its plant in Alva and cutting down operations in Glenrothes and Dunfermline and the closure of Longannet coal mine. However its not all doom and gloom for Fife jobs.
